What are the shipping and return policies?
We only accept the return of the products if they are at fault by manufacturers which will be covered by the guarantee.
*Freight charges are not included in our price. Please make a separate payment for delivery via PayPal after contacting us about the freight.
*No freight charges for pick-up delivery at our shop.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in Australia and internationally. However, buyers are responsible for the import charges, taxes and freight. For Australian customers, there is no shipping cost if you come to our centre for a pick-up.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods such as Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and cash. If you pay by Mastercard and Visa card, you will be charged by 2.2%. However, you will get discount by 1% if paying with cash.

Where is your gear manufactured?
All of our products are made of high quality and they are chosen and checked carefully before delivering to our customers. We don't sell made-in-China products but instead sell the products imported from USA, UK, France and European countries. For exact quote, just give us a call or email us.
